Dr. Jenny Alonge, DVM, FFCP

Dr. Jenny Alonge, DVM, is a veterinarian and veterinary copywriter with nearly two decades of hands-on clinical experience. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Mississippi State University, then completed an internship in equine medicine and surgery at Louisiana State University. She went on to practice with an equine ambulatory service in northern Virginia for almost 17 years. In 2020, she channeled that deep clinical background into more creative pursuits, and now writes about animal health as a veterinary copywriter. She lives in Virginia with her husband and their two trouble-making cats, Pops and Olive.
