Pupsicle Ingredients
- 32 oz low-fat plain yogurt (or plain Greek yogurt)
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 oz blueberries (chopped)
Instructions
Step 1: In a medium bowl, mix the mashed bananas, peanut butter, and honey.
Step 2: Add in the low-fat plain yogurt.
Step 3: Add blueberries in the bottom of a disposable/paper cup.
Step 4: Spoon yogurt mixture into cups and place into freezer, until frozen, about 2 hours.
Serve to your pup and enjoy!

- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter Made with just peanuts. No added salt, sugar, etc.
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 oz blueberries chopped or mashed
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the mashed bananas, peanut butter, and honey.
- Add in the low-fat plain yogurt.
- Add blueberries in the bottom of a disposable/paper cup.
- Spoon yogurt mixture into cups and place into freezer, until frozen, about 2 hours.
